I believe that both yoga and massage are wonderful ways to feel BLISSFUL, to become aware and mindful of our bodies, to let go of tension, and to initiate our own healing. They help to be more grounded, balanced and happy. I teach a blend of different Yoga practices to adapt to the individual needs of each student. I also teach Postnatal Yoga and Early Years/Family Yoga. I practice holistic and therapeutic treatments including the fantastic Chavutti Thirumal.
