My background

I approach life with a sense of wonder, with openness, and enthusiasm so my journey has been diverse and interesting. I've done different jobs, moved countries, travelled a lot...

I've spent much time learning, exploring and being inspired: talking and listening to people, visiting new places, trying novel experiences, reading books, watching films, sitting still in silence, walking in nature, being taught by wonderful teachers...

Interest, instinct, circumstances and passion have guided me towards life coaching, psychotherapy and more. I approach my work with creativity and flexibility, combining my love and care for others and my belief that we can all contribute positively to the community we live in.

My life’s work

My work is really diverse since my clients’ age and background have been extremely varied: students within a University Counselling Service, where I've also run Stress and Anxiety Management, and Procrastination workshops; teenagers at a Southwark Community Centre; in-patients, out-patients and relatives at a big hospital in South-East London; adults in private practice...

My clients struggle with a wide range of issues including life changes and transitions, relationships, depression, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, redundancy, difficult decisions, bereavement, phobias, abuse, personal development, life’s meaning, balance.

I have personal and professional experience of and an interest in working with women who experience the rollecoster of pregnancy and motherhood as a time of major changes.

This is my life’s work. I'm very passionate about it and I absolutely love it: it’s challenging, rewarding and nurturing.

I feel privileged to be able to share it with my clients and to be allowed into their worlds while accompanying them on their own journeys. I never fail to be touched and changed by these encounters.

My training

As a life coach, I obtained a Diploma from Newcastle College, accredited by the European Coaching Institute.

As a fully qualified psychotherapist, I've completed four years of formal training at the Minster Centre and at The Metanoia Institute in West London - both part of the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I also hold a BA in Literary and Film Studies, and an MA in Philosophy from Goldsmiths College.

I regularly dedicate time to further personal and professional development. Recently, I completed a training on Brief Therapy and one on Anger Management.
